Page Source Defaults

Secretary Mary likes to print from tray 1 from her printer so is set up that
all of her documents print from tray 1.

Secretary Susie likes to print from tray 2 so she sets up her Word XP to do
so.

Secretary Susie quits. Mary takes over but every time she opens a document
that Susie made it prints from the wrong tray.

Any way to change this globally? Or does Mary have to make the change each
time she opens up one of Susie's documents?

This information is saved with page setup in the document, so for existing
documents you need to change the page setup individually and save the
document. For new documents, you can change the page setup in the template.
