You can double-click on the ruler to open Page Setup. But if you are not
seeing it on the File menu, then you need to click the arrows at the bottom
of the menu. If you want to see all menu entries all the time, check the box
for "Always show full menus" on the Options tab of Tools | Customize (in
Word 2002/2003; in Word 2000, you need to clear the check box for "Menus
show recently used items first").
