Page setup - lost page sizes

From Page setup, I have suddenly lost access to several page sizes, fo
example A5. The only sizes that I am able access are A4; Letter; 4"
6"; 52 x 7"; and Custom. Can anyone advise how to restore the los
page sizes please
 
Hi jhmil

Word picks up the available paper sizes depending on the default printer.
So, File > Print. Make sure you have the correct printer chosen. Then click
Cancel (or you'll print the document).

Thanks to you both for your replies to my problem. A computer whizz kid
that I know reckons that I have a Word Virus problem due to message,
when closing Word, asking if I want to save the Global template which
has changed.

I have run a full system check using two different anti-virus programs
and no viruses were found.

Anyway, the 'lost' pages sizes have now returned.

The "virus" you have is probably Norton AntiVirus. Disable its Office
Plug-in. The loss of page sizes was almost certainly related to having a
different printer driver selected.
