page numbering

When numbering pages: 1 of (total number), total shows correctly on print
view and print preview, but prints as "page 1 of 1, page 2 of 2, etc.
 
Thanks very much for the quick response. Could only go so far with the
download, because I was asked for the original disc, which I don't have with
me. Will have to wait until next week and try again.
