page nos. wont print

When printing something from internet the page numbers nor
the web address prints on the printout anymore. I am
using Windows 98..was printing out when I was using ME.

Have you correctly set them to print in IE-File-Page Setup?
The standard Header setting is: &w&bPage &p of &P
