page keeps shutting down

Can someone help me please when I am on e-bay, and I am away to sell
something, when I go to step two, the whole page shuts down taking me back to
my desktop. This is the first time I have tried to sell anything on e-bay.

Hardware? OS? Browser? Some details please.
 
yes I signed on as a registered user, its weird as my daughter was playing in
msn zone games and one of the games text twist keeps doing the same thing

Clean out your History, Temporary Internet files, Offline filesand Cookies
via IE-->Tools-->Internet options. If that doesn't help, check for parasites
by following the info in the links here. Remember...it is best checking in
safe mode (tapping F8 right after restarting your PC). and choose safe mode
in the menu .
