After being online for a while (playing online games normally).... my pc
starts flipping out and closing and re-opening the game windows... if I try
to maximize the window after the trouble starts then I get booted out and
brought right back in.... when I check my task manager it shows the page
file usage as very high.... (90 percent).... I don't even know where to
start... HELP... thanx in advance!

The best place to start is by making sure your system is completely free of
virus' and spyware/malware. See the following links for free tools to scan
and clean your system.

Trend Micro Sysclean

AdAware SE
www.lavasoftusa.com

Spybot Search and Destroy
www.safer-networking.org

Also you should make sure your antivirus application is up to date with the
latest signature files and I strongly recommend upgrading to one of the most
recent versions of the major antivirus programs to get the added
functionality of personal firewall and spyware filtering that most now
include. It's well worth the investment.

Your Page File (Virtual Memory) should be set to 1 1/2 times your RAM.
Start>Control Panel>System>Advanced tab>Performance>Settings>
Advanced tab>Virtual Memory>Change button
make your changes and click OK.
Initial size = 1 1/2 times RAM
Maximum = 3 times RAM
