Page Fault in NonPaged Area

I get the Page Fault message when I do a fresh boot-up along with the
blue screen and the numerals 0X00000050. If I do a "Safe" boot and
then reboot the error does not appear. I just reinstalled XP and
updated it to SP2. This is because I had 3 worms and to viruses that
killed the first setup. Even though I had a firewall and never opened
attachments from anyone I didn't know. Any help on this would be
greatly appreciated!

Blessings,

John

You have something around that loads in normal mode, but not in safe
mode, and which is using this non-paged area - part of memory that
should only be for central critical components. One thing that does
load there is Norton stuff: try removing anything you have of theirs.
Other than that might be a bad driver, for which Video is prime suspect.
At the boot menu instead of Safe mode try Enable VGA - if that boots
then get new video drivers from your video card maker's site
