Page Count is Over 20,000 Pages

The page count runs to over 20,000 pages instead of 191
pages. Also every page number in the Table of Contents is
14.

The document contains over 100 tables.

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this problem.

Apparently, the document's binary structure has been
damaged. You might try copying everything EXCEPT and section
breaks and EXCEPT the last paragraph mark to a new
document...
