Can Any One Tell Me If the Following Troubleshooting Step has got any
relevance to the Error Message "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

In IE> Go To Tools > Internet Options > Advanced> Uncheck Third Party
Browser Extension.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other

Thank you for the information. How can I download a spyware removal tool when
I cannot visit any web site ????
 
You will have to go to another computer and read up on the programs and
other info, and then download them to a disk or burn them on a CD to take to
your problematic computer.
 
I found that by deleting files, under internet options general tab, cleared
up this problem for me.
