Page Cannot be displayed

Hi,

I am using I.E. 6 SP1 and when i try to connect to HttpS sites some times it
shows "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

I had tried by deleting the cookies but still no luck

I had tried in my friend PC and it seems to be working fine

Please help
