Page can not be diplayed

No matter what settings I have I can not access www.cj.com. I am runnign XP
and IE 6.x. I have removed all virus and firewall programs. I have allowed
all cookies in my privacy settings. I have even removed all blocked sites
from within the privacy settings. Everyone else I have asked can access the
site with no problem. I even called my DSL provider, they had me pin the
site which timed out. The tech support was able to ping and get a response.
I have an Emachines T1440. My DSL service said I need to contact Emchines.
I think there must be a much mor simple solution. Any ideas?

Do a Windows FIND for a file named, simply, HOSTS (no extension). If
found, rename it to HOSTS.BAK. Ignore any HOSTS files that have an
extension, such as HOSTS.SAM.
