I'm new to Access, and I am trying to teach myself...however, I'm truly
stumped.
I have made a report with data for individuals living in different areas
(halls and rooms). I would like each hall to have its own page, however, I
can't seem to put a page break in the right place to have this happen--
Please help--

Remove that PageBreak control.

Group the report by Halls.
In Report Design View, click on
View + Sorting and Grouping
Add the [Halls] field to the Field/Expression column.
Then set the [Halls] GroupHeader to Yes (in the lower dialog panel).
Save the settings.
Next, in Report Design View, on the Group Header's property sheet, set
the GroupHeader's ForceNewPage property to Before Section. It's on the
Format tab.
