Page Banner Does Not Display

uploaded a web using FP2000 with the industrial theme. Theme all shows
(background, buttons) but the page banner does not display. get the box
with the red "x" and the title of the banner in plain text.


Any advice??

Check filenames and remove any spaces / punctuation - illegal html
If you upload files using FTP also verify all files in the _derived folders are uploaded
