Package for CD

Hi,

Aside from the actual PowerPoint presentation and a Read Me file being
deposited into a folder after using the Copy to Folder feature of the Package
for CD command with the PowerPoint Viewer included, the following files were
deposited into the folder as well:

AUTORUN.INF
gdiplus.dll
intldate.dll
play.bat
playlist.txt
pptview.exe
ppvwintl.dll
saext.dll
unicows.dll

While the Read Me file has some interesting info., it does not instruct the
salesperson, manager, etc. to whom I would be giving this folder how to run
the PowerPoint Viewer. What are the instructions I should give them for
running PowerPoint Viewer?

Tell them to double click on pptview.exe to open the PowerPoint 2003 Viewer.
They will then need to open the presentation file from the File > Open menu.
