P4P800SE startup

Hi all.
It happens that when I start my PC the does not load BIOS, then I press HW
reset button and all is OK.

My config :

P4P800se last BIOS 1.07
P4 3.2 Ghz
2 GB RAM
3 HDD (2 SATA RAID 0 + 1 EIDE 133)
1 CD Burner
1 DVD Burner
ATI 9600 XT - 128 MB video card
500 W power supply

any idea ?

omg, exactly the answer I feared the most. This psu is useless. Tried the
550W editon myself once. Crappy goods.
The behaviour you see is a marginal psu failing to deliver until second
kick. Do yourself a favour and buy yourself a name brand psu. It's easy,
you get what you pay for.
