Hello!
My box is build upon
P4 3,2 Northwood (HT)
Asus P4P8000 deluxe + 2 x 512MB MDT DDR400 RAM (CL 2,5)
Tagan 380W
Zalman CNPS7000B-AlCu
Win XP SP1 + recommended patches (but not SP2)
Before I installed the zalman I used the standard intel boxed
cpu fan. of course the system was noisy but at least is was stable
even when oc'ed.
now with the zalman fan it turned out to be very unstable (several
reboots within one hour) . But since today I'm even unable to use
both 512 ram modules! The system reboots just when the XP splash
screen appears.
I turned all bios settings to default and HT off, no effect. I changed
modules just in case one of them could be damaged, but by oneself
both work.
Maybe you can help...
