P4 1.8A Overclocking

I'm currently running smoothly at 2.4Ghz, but if I go much above this I start getting occasional crashing (2.6Ghz+).... how far do you think this chip will go?

I'm quite happy at 2.4, I just like pushing my luck ;)

I'm still using stock cooling, with temps of about 35oC!
 
Did your processor come factory-locked? I think that's as far as I'd want to push it, aircooled. Do you have any Arctic Silver on there, or just some tape?

i'm dying to to test my 2.4b ghz and see how far it'll go. At the mo it is stock cooled but with artic silver on. I'm gonna wait till i get some decent Cosair ram and then start to push it.
 
normal tape on it at the moment, I havent touched it since I installed it! Its performing well, never crashes and is cool - so I will probably leave it. If I got an Athlon XP, I'd be pushing it to the limits though :)
