Apologies if this is the wrong the wrong thread, I have never been on one of these forums before, I am getting the following message ' Plug in installer could not detect the appropriate btowser installation directory (error 0x800700020). The dumb thing is I am not sure what I am trying to open, I bought a new printer and have been trying to get that working is this to dowith that.
