OWA HELP PLEASE

When in OWA I am looking for a specific user name however
it is not there. It is in the exchange directory but does
not show up in OWA. I have checed setting in AD to find
diffrences in setting with a good konw user name but have
not found any. Can some one help me with this. Thanks!!

Since OWA is a part of Exchange, you should ask your question in one of the
Exchange groups.
