Overriding Fonts

Wondering if it is possible to set up IE 6 browser so all pages will
open using a selected font?

Wife has AMD and the vast majority of the pages are not readable due to
the type and size of the font used. Would like to have all display in
Arial Bold at 14/16 pts (in a manner similar to that available in OE
under Tools/Options/Read/Fonts).
 
Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > General tab (opens first) >
Accessibility button > checkmark(s) in 'Ignore font sizes / styles specified
in web pages'. Select your chosen font via the Font button.
