Time correction for OE and other newsreaders

For who is interested. It seems that David likes answers in future he seems
to be a notorious newsgroup topposter (don't confuse this with mail
topposting)

There are visitors from all over the world here, with no problems, a reason
can be that you have your timezone wrong.

sorry i've had this comment before and i'm not sure what's happening. is my
time setting wrong? i'm posting from australia, so could this be affecting
the time signature on my posts relative to US posts?
