Overheating PWM

I have a tempreture monitor on my PC and recently my PWM has been
overheating quickly when i am converting files or using many things
at once, the motherboard alarm goes off when it hits 70. Is there
somthing wrong with my PSU?

The PWM is the cpu power supply on the motherboard. You don't have
enough cooling in that area.
