Outlvba.dll

I'm using office 2003 and when I start up outlook 2003, I get the following
Error Message "outlvba.dll is not a valid office add-in"

Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

Try running Detect and Repair from the Outlook Hlep menu and see if it
helps.
