hello, my outlook express top tool bar is missing , i
have no buttons that say create new mail or repley or
forward or send/receive or delete or address book ,
nothing,it looks like it was just covered up with the
lists of my new mail that i had recieved , but when i try
to click and drag it down so i can see my top tool bar on
outlook it does not work it wont move it at all, i have
looked thru my windows xp book and i cant find anything
that will help me, please HELP,,, I'm lost,,, thanks,,

Click on View, Layout then customize. There you will be given the choice of
putting whatever you want on the toolbar.
 
Have you tried R-clicking on the menu bar and making sure that "Toolbar" is
checked? Also look around and see if you can see a little "handle" Just like
the one at the extreme left edge of the menu bar. If you see it, drag it across
and into place below the Menu bar.

Possibly but such add-ons (e.g., Hotbar) usually disallow the customization
of OE toolbar to "stick", not disappear. See previous post in this thread.[/QUOTE]
