This past week I received an email message and did not consider it important
at the time . Deleted message to Deleted Items File and mid week deleted all
items out of the Deleted Items folder.
Is there a way to retrieve the deleted message now or are all items that
are deleted from the Deleted Items folder truly deleted from hard drive now?

As a practical mattter, they are gone. It's possible to get them back, but
very expensive. Best thing to do, contact the sender and ask if they will
send it again.
