I can't send emails from the same account from which the email was sent to -
without having to click on 'accounts' and select an email address.
Let me explain. I have a number of email accounts (from different companies
I work with). Say I get an email, sent to (e-mail address removed), I want to
reply from (e-mail address removed) - automatically.
And if I get an email from (e-mail address removed) I want to reply from
(e-mail address removed) - automatically.
At the moment I have to click on the 'accounts drop down list' and select
which account I send from, as Outlook randomly decides which email account to
use. This is really annoying as I have to 'reply to' and 'forward' many
emails each day.
Surely it is possible? I hope you can help.
