outlooksyncclient encountered problem

I am getting this error again and again when I attach my Iphone 3G to my
computer for syncing or charging the phone vide USB port.
I am using Office 2007 Enterprise edition and Windows XP.
What needs to be done?

What needs to be done is contacting Apple and asking them. Outlook does not
take an active role in the synching. It's all up to the sync software
(iTunes), which is broken.
 
See if any of these posts helps, if not, there may be other posts on either
forum that will provide a solution, as those users are more familiar with
the various iDevices.
