When I updated my Outlook from 2003 to 2007 I lost my adresses and files. I
don't like the format and would like to revert back to 2003. How do I do this?

Updating from 2003 to 2007 shouldn't need the pst saving - 2007 should
automatically pick up the existing pst file......

Yes. Uninstalling Outlook doesn't remove any data files, and doesn't remove
any registry pointers to those files.....
