I just updated from outlook XP to outlook 2003 and am
unable to log into my Exchange Server now. It looks like
the settings were imported from the old version fine, but
it is not being able to connect. I access my mail through
my work VPN.
When I open Outlook, I get the message 'Your Microsoft
Exchange Server is unavailable'. I looked at the account
settings and it looked fine... i tried changing my
Username and then back and checking it, and the Check Name
failed to connect to the server as well.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be the
problem... a setting that needs to be changed for 2003 or
something? I can try a reinstall later tonig and see if
that helps, but I was hoping it was something easier.
thanks for the help...
