Outlook03 reminders not showing up

Can anyone think of any reason why Outlook 2003 isn't popping a user's
reminders?
I've already:
1. Made sure Outlook is configured to show reminders
2. The reminders aren't a part of a PST calnder
3. Re-Installed Outlook.

Any idea?

As I mentioned, they're in the default calendar folder and not in a PST
file or a public folder.
 
Well, they could have been in a sub-folder or a custom-calendar folder.

Since they're not, follow Brian's suggestion and try starting Outlook with
the /cleanreminders switch.
