now have outlook 2003, previously had outlook 2000.
i would like to take my old inbox and sent items to the
new product ( on new machine ).
how would i do this, which is about 2000 items,

Copy the PST from your old PC to the new one, placing it on the new PC's
hard drive. Make sure the Read-Only attribute is disabled (in Windows
Explorer, right-click on the file and choose Properties). Then, in Outlook,
click File>Open>Outlook Data File. Browse to the PST, select it, and click
OK. You'll now have access to all your old items. You can move them to
your current PST as needed.
