how can i get my hotmail email account to work on microsoft outlook? Should I
set it as default (mail)?? I keep getting this error message everytime I try
to send a mail out to test it if it's going to work....help

Microsoft is in the process of disabling access to free Hotmail via Outlook
or Outlook Express HTTP accounts. You must use the web interface to access
your free Hotmail account.
 
Is this true? where can I get more information?
I have a computer running Win XP Pro SP 2 and office 2003. 3 people have
account on this computer and I'm the only one who gets the following error
when trying to access my hotmail account.

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol:
HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Authorization Required', Port: 0, Secure(SSL):
No, Error Number: 0x800CCC32
