I have been trying to sync Outlook with my Pocket PC and
since I have launched outlook it gives me the following
error, "Unable to start processing services. An
unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load
the information service msoc.dll. Be sure the service is
correctly installed and configured.

When I go to view the inbox, calendar, or other item, the
following shows up, "Unable to display the folder.
Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder
location. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was
unable to load the information service msoc.dll. Be sure
the service is correctly installed and configured."

Anyone with any help would be appreciated.

Is this in an Exchange environment or not? What version of Outlook?
