I ran a repair on the outlook program and it worked but
now it doesn't say inbox anymore it says recovered folder
8082 is there a way to get the inbox back or do I need to
reinstall the program again

When this happened to me, I created a new PST, made it the default delivery
location, then moved the contents of the old PST to the new one.
