open. This started happening when I removed a trial verison of office
2003. Can anyone tell me how to get my old outlook back?
Outlook 2003's PST file format is not downward compatible with prior
versions of Outlook. You;ll need to reinstall OL2003, create a
97-2002-format PST, copy all your items to it, and then prior Outlooks will
be able to open it.
