Can Outlook Personal Folders be shared with other users (I
am using Outlook 2000)?

Yes you can share your Personal Folder but it is not recommended. A
Personal Folder file is not designed to be opened by multiple Outlooks at
the same time. If you place the Personal Folder on a network share then all
you would have to do is point Outlook at it. Make sure not to access the
Personal Folder file by more than one Outlook at a time or the file can
become corrupt.

Another choice might be to use Net Folders to share information between
users that have Outlook 2000. Here is a link to an article that explains
about Net Folders,
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;195867.

I hope this information is helpful.
