I use Microsoft Outlook for my emails. How can I select
and copy all my old and current emails in all boxes and
my address book to move them from an old computer to a
new one?

Copy the .PST file to the new machine and point Outlook to it. I'll assume
you're using Outlook 2002 or later -- look at the following two articles for
help with this process; one is a primer on Outlook files, and the other
gives instructions for moving to a new Outlook 2002 machine.

You can use export and write them out as a .pst format
and then you import to read them back on the the new
computer

You can find this under file.
Just export your entire personal_folder and you should get
everything when you do the import

No, no, NO. Do NOT export/import them. Just copy the pst fiel and open it
in the new Outlook.
