You're asking an odd question in an odd place: this newsgroup is for questions
about Microsoft Access, a database program.
Windows Mail is a replacement for Outlook Express, and is very different from
the Office program Outlook. They have sending email in common but very little
else. And "better" of course is in the eye of the beholder.
