In Outlook, my new email comes into my "Inbox", but I cannot see it until I
click out of "Mail" to Calendar or Contacts for example and then click back
into "Mail". Does anyone know how to fix this?
 
More about your environment would be beneficial - Outlook version?
Exchange Server?

In an Exchange environment, firewalls blocking UDP is a common factor in
the behaviour you describe.
