I did a restore to my computer. I reinstalled outlook. I have my database
from before the reinstall and I want to use it. How do I get Outlook to use
the old database and not a new one?

Create the account. Open Outlook, click on File > Open and browse to your PST
(Outlook data) file. Note that the PST file must be kept locally on the
PC/laptop. If you had it stored on a CD, copy it to your PC/laptop and remove
the read-only attribute.
