Outlook 2007 will not send one file from Outbox. the program also is very
slow. When I go into outbox and try to delete the program the error message
says I can't do that because Outlook is sending the message, but it never
goes. If I write another message it will send, but very slowly, and the
original message stays. What size is too large for Outlook? The current file
that won't send is 85MB.

I tried to follow your suggestions in your response to my shorter question
but the leads didn't go anywhere. I clicked on the blue with no results.

Click File and check Work Offline. Stop and restart Outlook. Delete the
message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.

Did you try opening Outlook in safe mode or click on File > Work Offline? Did
you try opening the email that Outlook is trying to send, close it, then try
to delete it? There are more troubleshooting tips here:

Is the above the information you were given earlier?

Outlook can send any size, the limitation is set by your mail server
administrator or ISP.
