How do I get addresses to appear in the same order/format.......I have
outlook 2003 on a new dell lab top I have several address books under:
Contacts The addresses with in each book are listed as I want them. When I
click on: TO, in a new email message to retrieve an address, they are listed
differently.

There are many Outlook newsgroups. Try them and try to make your post a
little easier to read.
