outlook

When I use recieve mail and try to copy and paste into Word 11, my Mircosoft
Office 2003 closes and the shuts down my outlook mail. I and tried of
reseting my mail programs. I am using xp2
 
yes it reads that outlook and word has to close it and will restart which it
does. Then I have to enter all the information in the outlook again. What
log do you want me to look at and for what.
 
Yes there are error messages in the event viewer in admistrative tools, now
what should I do.
 
Er... um... cough... provide the EXACT error messages perhaps so someone has
a starting place to troubleshoot your problem?????

Since ...um....it has only been 9 days since I posted a question
.....er...uh...maybe if my question had been fully answered with a complete
sentence, in your question to me, I would of fix my outlook sooner. But, I
don't need your short one line answers, now. I fix it with help from another
site that did answer me with an EXACT reply to me. I am so glad some else
pays you to do this, because I would not. I hope you just had a
slow.......day. Hope that cough gets better.
 
Guess what? We are all volunteers here with actual lives outside of news
groups so if you waited 9 days for an answer, then that means that we had
nine days of interacting with our families, seeing movies, cleaning house,
or otherwise taking care of personal business.

If you want an immediate answer, then call Microsoft Product Support
Services. Volunteer staffed news group are NOT at your beck and call.

Sorry to have taken up so much time. I did not know that you were not
getting paid, or that this discussion group (my first time here with a
question), was all volunteers (which means --person who offers to help or
work without expecting paymet or reward).
As I said, I did find the fix at another site, it really wasn't about how
log it took, was all about the short one liners.
"Any error Messages-- Check in your log file---Event Viewer in

and I might of know what else to do.
