At this point its best to get a new email address.
Never ever hit the link on spam that says click here to
unsubscribe.......you've just verified your email.
Look for a program called MailWasher.......it shows you just the headers of
your email and you decide whether to read or delete.It also lets you create
Blacklist of email adresses which the program will delete right from the
server without you even seeing them.Or a Friends list which will get thru no
matter the subject.
Its best to actually use 2 email addresses one for real friends and another
for those fun web places that require you to give one before they give you
access.
You can also check with your Email supplier to see what they have in place
to handle spam.You can set rules for certain Spam under Tools/Message
Rules/Mail
