Outlook zips Word attachments

When a woman in my company emails a word attachment, Outlook automatically zips it for some reason. Any thoughts on this issue would be appreciated. Thanks
 
you have an addin installed that's doing it - typically quickview plus, but
there are others.

Thanks Diane. Question though: Do you know how I can navigate to the add-in so that I can change it?
