Outlook XP problems from SP3

Since SP3 my filemaker can not autosend email through
Outlook 2002 and 4team causes the STUPID window alerting
my that a third party program is wanting access to my
address. Somebody needs to add the box "DON'T ASK ME
AGAIN".
Biggest problem is not being able to access a "Mailto"
from filemaker since I installed SP3
 
yeah...another microsoft annoyance
that was done purposely...really sucks
had that problem here, many users complained
don't see that in 2003
