Outlook XP and Gmail Pop Configuration

I have Gmail as an provider and I cant seem to get outlook to work with it. I
cant send or download email through Outlook. Any Ideas on how to get it to
work?
 
You will need to go to the gmail site to get the advanced settings info for
the incoming and outgoing ports.
