My Contacts Folder is full of allmost 500 names; I don't
now when (last couple of days?) or how or why it
happened, but my Address Book is now empty.
Any and all help would be sure appreciated.
Thank you!

It sounds like the Contacts folder may not be set to display as an address
book.
1. Open Outlook.
2. Right click on the Contacts folder and select Properties.
3. Select the Outlook Address Book tab.
4. Make sure the "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" is checked.

If this does not work you may want to remove the Outlook Address Book and
readd it. If you need to do this let me know which version of Outlook you
are using and I can give you the steps.

I hope this information is helpful.
