As my name implies I'm not too computer savvy. I have been using Outlook for
a long time but now I don't have the same word processing program. It almost
looks like have an old version of MS Word. It doesn’t have all of the
features of what I had before. I don’t like this version and I want my old
one back.

Help…..

I'm not sure what you are asking.
Outlook is not a word processing program.
Perhaps you meant Outlook Express which is the email program that
typically exists on a Windows XP computer.
Did you obtain a new computer with the version of Windows called Vista?
Vista's included email program is called Windows Mail.
It is not possible to run Outlook Express on a Vista computer.

Do you actually have Outlook...or are you running
Windows Mail?

Maybe you do not have MS Word. What you have
is probably MS WordPad which is included with
Windows. (similar names...different programs)

If I happen to be correct...your next step could be to
purchase a copy of Microsoft Office which includes
MS Outlook and MS Word.

....and if you really ARE using Office Outlook:

1. What version is it?
2. Did you get it as a single application or part of the Office suite?
